Description
This online payment service is intended for customers with an existing construction, renovation, or refurbishment agreement for a property in the United Kingdom. Before making a payment, we confirm the project reference, agreed payment stage, and outstanding amount under the existing quotation or contract. The amount may relate to an initial deposit, an agreed construction milestone, completed work, or another contractual payment obligation. Customers can then pay the confirmed amount online using the available payment method. After payment confirmation, the project proceeds according to the agreed schedule and contractual responsibilities. This service is not a standalone construction package, and the payment amount must be agreed in advance. Estimated payment amount: £250–£10,000 per transaction, depending on the project and agreed payment stage. The actual amount due is determined by the existing project agreement.
